Martin Gilliard is an entrepreneur and Internet industry expert.

Martin currently manages a team of strategists who provide world-class service to a multimillion dollar portfolio of clients by developing, executing and optimizing paid search campaigns at Microsoft Advertising. Hired in 2005, Martin has helped lead the service team through the launch of the adCenter platform and staffed the client services team's hyper growth.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Martin grew further online marketing skills while working at Yesmail, an email marketing solutions provider where he oversaw programs for the company’s major east coast accounts across multiple industries. He also worked as a senior marketing analyst for AIG, a large fortune 100 insurance and financial services organization, managing online marketing efforts from search to email generating millions in sales. Additionally, Martin has worked as a web designer since 1996 and founded a web design and online media strategy company, Gilliard & Associates, in 1999.

Martin received a degree from Bucknell University in Management and Studio Art. He currently lives in New York City.
